3. The key performance indicators, deliverables, and targets that your Workmate needs to meet.
4. The tools, systems, and software needed for the role.
5. The working hours.
6. Your budget for the role.
Recruitment and screening
1. Create and post the job opening online and source talent from over 200,000 candidates in our talent pool
2. Screen inbound job applications.
3. Interview candidates over Google Meet.
4. Evaluate each candidate’s suitability for the role through corresponding skills and personality tests.
5. Send you profiles of the top candidates, then discuss each with you.
Client interview and selection
1. You’ll interview each endorsed candidate via Google Meet.
2. You’ll then hand-pick who to hire for the role.
3. We send your chosen candidate the job offer.
Onboarding and ongoing support
1. We’ll orient the new Workmate to ensure they fully understand their role and our policies. If you have any special instructions, we’ll discuss it with the Workmate during this time.
2. Your assigned Account Manager will give you practical tips to help you maintain a harmonious working relationship with your Workmate.
3. Your Account Manager will regularly check in and see if you or your Workmate need anything. You can reach out to your Account Manager at any time, especially if you encounter disputes with your Workmate.
